Seoyon E-Hwa’s Ulsan Plant has been selected as an outstanding company at the 2025 Large-SME Safety and Health Cooperation Program Awards Ceremony, hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. As a result, the company received the Outstanding Company Certification from Minister Kim Moon-soo of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
As a parent company, Seoyon E-Hwa participated in the 2024 Cooperation Program, working alongside 10 partner companies to implement various safety and health initiatives. Through these efforts, the company strived to bridge the safety and health gap between the parent company and its subcontractors. Additionally, it established a cooperative council with its partners to enhance safety and health standards, aiming to prevent major industrial accidents for both the parent company and its subcontractors.
During this process, the company’s motivation for participating in the program and its safety and health initiatives for partner companies were recognized as best practices. After passing the regional preliminaries, Seoyon E-Hwa participated in the Outstanding Case Presentation Competition in July 2024, where it won the Excellence Award. Furthermore, the company took part as a panelist in the automotive sector at the Industry Safety and Health Cooperation Forum, presenting strategies for strengthening safety and health systems among partner companies. Seoyon E-Hwa also participated in the 2025 Cooperation Program briefing session, sharing the achievements of 2024 and engaging in various activities.
At the awards ceremony, Seoyon E-Hwa was recognized alongside major corporations such as LG Innotek, SK Hynix, and Doosan Enerbility. This recognition highlights the company’s commitment to the principle that "The safety of our partners is our safety", reaffirming the importance of collaborative safety initiatives. Moving forward, Seoyon E-Hwa remains dedicated to enhancing the safety and health standards of its partner companies and establishing a safer supply chain.
