- For both new and experienced recruits, we conduct a comprehensive training program encompassing vision, human resource philosophy, organizational introduction, processes, leadership, and on-the-job training for a duration of 1-2 weeks. This aims to enhance the adaptation of new hires as they embark on their journey as part of the SEOYON team.
