The 51st National Quality Management Convention, hosted by the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards under the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, was held on November 19, 2025 (Wed) from 14:00 to 16:40 at the COEX Auditorium.

The National Quality Management Convention is one of Korea’s most prestigious and long-standing quality innovation events. Since its first ceremony in 1975, it has been held annually to recognize individuals and outstanding organizations that have made significant contributions to quality innovation and national competitiveness. This year marks its 51st anniversary.

Approximately 2,000 attendees—including the Administrator of the Korean Agency for Technology and Standards, representatives of the Korean Standards Association, and award recipients—were present at the ceremony. Seoyon E-Hwa Chairman Yoo Yang-Seok received the Order of Industrial Service Merit, Gold Tower, the highest honor awarded at the convention, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the advancement of national industry through quality-driven management.

In addition, Seoyon E-Hwa was selected as an Excellent Enterprise for Quality Competitiveness for the 18th consecutive year, solidifying its position as a leader in quality enhancement through an efficient quality-management system and strong technological capabilities.

At this year’s National Quality Innovation Competition, the “Firefly” Quality Circle, which competed for Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards, was named an Excellent Quality Circle. The team achieved further distinction by winning the Presidential Gold Award in the Safety & Quality category, marking another proud milestone for the company.
